 Think About Turning Today!

Paul and I plan on a short demo for talc and alabaster turning this next meeting. This will be a  pre-lim for our proposed symposium in October. ( the instructors are available, but we have to verify the Career Center or other adequate facility for those
dates.)
This past month I heard a program concerning students at the Boys and Girls Ranch.  Some of these students have had really horrific childhoods and can certainly benefit from positive adult influence. Again contact Tom MaMakin if you can participate in
some two hour turning sessions this summer. His phone # is 655-2100.
We will meet at Ron's Shop through the summer with open shop ( at Ron's ) the following Saturday in June and July.  Remember to bring items that you care to put into Hardin's Big Horn Gallery ( These turnings can be for sale or not.)
   See you at the meeting.

PS. Ron has donated wood for tops and pens for the Fair (Thanks Ron).  It has been cut into blanks and we will have the wood at our next meeting.
